I'm Sheikh Foysal Alam — a runner, traveler, and unapologetic tech nerd from Bangladesh. I started this website as a simple place to put down what I'm learning and living: the runs, the trips, the gadgets I can't stop testing. If any of that sounds like your thing, you're in the right place.

My Running Journey

Running wasn't something I planned on becoming this important. It started small — just a way to clear my head — and somewhere along the way it turned into marathons, training plans, and mornings I never thought I'd willingly wake up for. It's taught me more about discipline and patience than almost anything else in my life. This is where I write about all of it: the training, the tough days, the race mornings, and the gear that actually pulled its weight along the way.

For me, travel isn't about ticking places off a list. It's the small, unplanned moments — a wrong turn that leads somewhere better, a conversation with a stranger, a meal I didn't expect to love — that stay with me long after a trip ends. I share those stories here, along with the practical side: tips and guides I wish I'd had before setting out myself.

I'll admit it — I genuinely enjoy comparing spec sheets before I buy anything. From running watches to everyday gadgets, I'd rather test something in real use than just take the box's word for it. So when I share an opinion here, it's based on what actually worked for me, not on marketing copy.
